Uneven road way & pot holes

Street was recently paved but resident is stating part of it is now sinking.

On the street Infront of Georgio's Pizzeria Has been there probably a year now. A bump caused by an uneven pavement on the road that cracked and now its sharp and going through that lane is worse than before!.

Bryant Avenue from Sip Avenue to the cemetery wall has several sinkholes. potholes and uneven pavement from all the MUA repair work that has been done. When will it be repaved.

The constituent states that the uneven pavement is a tripping hazard not to mention the road is cracking.

Resident states that Orient Avenue between Ocean Ave and MLK Drive needs to be repaved. There are so many bumps and potholes in the street.

Resident states this street needs to be repaved.

Still not fixed. Was told contractor was notified but nothing became of it. Please advise!

Background: JC MUA performed lead water line test/replacement on entire block but broke or left the cast iron water line access opening full detached after the work was completed. This opening should have been screwed and closed shut to prevent exposing the line to further damage from pedestrians, inclement weather as well as potentially being trip hazard. Please rectify ASAP. Thank you!
