    Can the red box painted on the street in front of this hydrant? Cars always park way too close or completely block the hydrant. A visual would probably help these drivers.

    a fire hydrant from the corner of sip and emerson was removed. the square on the side walk is left u treated and has rubble and a nice nest for horrible neighbors to allow their dogs to poop freely. please plant a tree or close the area! also there is a sign that indicates do not park with an arrow but since the fire hydrant is no longer present there at least 3 cars are parked from the sign to the corner because there is no enforcement making it very difficult for turning cars to see oncoming traffic. please have parking enforce all the street corner parking rules before a serious tragedy takes place as has happened numerous times in the past...

    Ever since the Jersey barriers were installed to separate the bike lane from the street, the right lane of Washington Blvd between 2nd Street & Gangemi Drive floods considerably. This is not the only section that does this. It’s a danger to cars driving and bikes using the bike lane.

    Construction seems to have plugged the storm drains. Water is pooling for a large stretch of the street at the center. Too deep for pedestrians to cross. Sidewalk is closed on parts of both sides of the street
