Ever since the Jersey barriers were installed to separate the bike lane from the street, the right lane of Washington Blvd between 2nd Street & Gangemi Drive floods considerably. This is not the only section that does this. It’s a danger to cars driving and bikes using the bike lane.

Residents of 385 8th were unable to leave (or access) the building after the rain of Nov 28th, or anytime it rains… the water pools in front of the main and only exit door and does not drain.
There is a construction site next door that might be making the matter worse, maybe clogged drains?
The only way in or out is walking into ankle deep water… is there anything that can be done to create at least a way for residents?

It appears as if a pipe has burst or something as there is a burbling leakage emerging out of this sidewalk.

Residents are reporting that the way curb is by the sewer grate is not functioning properly. The water does not drain but standing.

This entire wall needs to be repainted in the dark green original color. The JCMAP project was over 2 years ago and it's time to remove the amateur, student created displays. Today is April 1st...opening day of the removal season. Please confirm this area will be addressed asap! Thanks.

Antisemitic hate stickers on stop sign at corner of Pavonia and West Hamilton park

Neighbors spray painted their own No Parking sign on public street. Also have pictures of them doing so.

Sgt Anthony dog park is run down with weeds, graffiti, etc.
