    I usually avoid potholes in Jersey City, but this one was unavoidable and caused a flat tire on my new car. I feel really upset about this sudden expense and now have to pay for a full tire replacement. My car is legally parked on Johnston Street, and I hope I won’t receive a ticket. I respectfully request reimbursement, as this damage was caused by the city’s unmaintained roads.
