  • Sherman Pl & Summit Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07307, USA - The Heights
The temporary delineators installed on this intersection for safety continue to be run over by City/State vehicles causing premature damage and wear to the delineators and the vehicles This is a direct waste of our tax money and grants for the program by our own local government Please inform all city / state employees operating vehicles on the streets to stop tunning them over with the sweepers, usps trucks, etc today usps truck 7534461 ran them over for the 20th time now as its a personal parking spot to run their route Ups, amazon and fedex I dont see doing this but the usps truck does every day The sweepers also run them over every week Either remove them entirely, notify workers to stop wasting our money and damaging them, or permanently address the ling over due Summit Avenue repairs that money is allocated for before it gets reallocated and wasted somewhere else The residents in the heights after paying the taxes we do deserve this Central has been done, palisade has been done, kennedy is a state road that is in good shape, downtown is getting done The heights is forgotten by Jersey City We mind as well be a part of Union City and have better chances at having a better quality of life overall
