Graffiti打开395 2nd St Jersey City, NJ, 07302, USA - DowntownBY VIRTUE of the fact that this profane graffiti is EASY reaching for all "who wish to destroy," clearly the officials in city hall can just as easily reach to remove, yes?
We were told "gee, the graffiti is too hard to reach!" by lazy city employees.
THIS photo was taken over TWO MONTHS AGO.
Get to work, kids!
