Dumping into the storm drain again. Now they’re trying to hide it behind this fence since people have complained in the past.

Ever since the Jersey barriers were installed to separate the bike lane from the street, the right lane of Washington Blvd between 2nd Street & Gangemi Drive floods considerably. This is not the only section that does this. It’s a danger to cars driving and bikes using the bike lane.

Residents of 385 8th were unable to leave (or access) the building after the rain of Nov 28th, or anytime it rains… the water pools in front of the main and only exit door and does not drain.
There is a construction site next door that might be making the matter worse, maybe clogged drains?
The only way in or out is walking into ankle deep water… is there anything that can be done to create at least a way for residents?

There is water randomly pooling in the middle of the street. This happened before and they had to open up the street.

Residents are reporting that the way curb is by the sewer grate is not functioning properly. The water does not drain but standing.

This entire wall needs to be repainted in the dark green original color. The JCMAP project was over 2 years ago and it's time to remove the amateur, student created displays. Today is April 1st...opening day of the removal season. Please confirm this area will be addressed asap! Thanks.
