    Veolia person visited twice (4/11 and 4/12) and conducted tests on water meter inside the house. He noticed unusual water noises at my meter as well as the location of the leak. Also, he went to 203 Hopkins to look at their basement that was flooded two weeks ago due to a blocked pipe.

    Constituent is complaining that the city was working in the street in front of her property and water was backing up/flooding in the basement area of her home. This was happening on 3-6-24. The water was destroying the sheet rock. Later received a letter they were shutting the water off. Constituent says she spoke to the Chief Engineer of MUA and waiting for a response. Please investigate.
