My recycling was not picked up

A constituent reported that their recyclables were not collected. The constituent says that this is an ongoing issue.

Entire stretch of Nunda Ave (off communipaw Ave) didn’t have plastics picked up last night. When can we get a new company instead of the one the city currently has contracted?

Plastic/glass recycling was not picked up last night Mine is at 363, there is a full bin at 361, 369, across the street Will they come later this morning? Thank you!
