Tree pruning request. This poor tree has so many overgrown branches and is struggling

Homeowner is informing RRC that Behind his home at 2 Elizbeth st cross st Waldo ave are trees and one needs to be addressed ,he said its not on his property so it may be the city's. You can reach out to him and he will show the tree he is referring to.

There is a dead pine tree in the backyard of 326 Princeton Ave. that has been dead for about two years now. Every time there's a storm I can see it wobbling back and forth, and we've had a number of very windy days lately. I believe the people that are living there are renters, not the owners. The direction the tree is leaning is towards their house and they have a young child and I worry that it's going to fall on their house. It's also very close to our fence and depending on which way the wind blows when it falls will depend on how it's going to fall. The bark is all starting to peel off and it looks like it's buckling. I'm unable to communicate with them due to a language barrier. is there anything that can be done? Thank you!

When this building was redone its tree pit was not made to code— it is not long enough. On the other side of the same building all three added tree pits are indeed the correct size.

the entire East wall of Reservoir #3 needs to be cleaned up - overgrown weeds alongside the wall closer to South facing and in every tree bed. Please clean it up - lets make The Heights neater. Thank you
