Owners of 34 Gardner STAPLED a no parking sign to a newly planted tree in front of 29 Gardner Avenue. This causes unnecessary stress and damages to the tree. please issue a citation. I can provide the video of the incident via email.

Tree needs to be inspected to make sure it safe. Tree truck is split.
