Trees PLUS

Three weeks ago a new tree was planted along the side of the HCCC building on Smith St(real address 870 Bergen Ave), in the back by the storeroom. No one has been back to water it since then and it's in desperate need of water. The contractors who planted the tree are supposed to water them once a week for a year but they haven't been back to water this one. Can we get it some water right away?

Please assess this tree for removal. It has a hollow at the base of the trunk, and it has a wound formed where a limb was lost or cut.

The owner of this property has been ticketed for the sidewalk being a danger and failure to repair sidewalk. The resident said that there is a City tree that the roots are lifting the sidewalk. The tree is healthy. She would like to be able to remove the tree and the sidewalk repaired.

I believe this issue has been reported yet it’s still ongoing. The fence does not allow for proper parking as it’s taking up space on the sidewalk

The tree directly infront of our home has begun the lean. It's still quite young, so it should be able to straighten. We are hoping the city can come and stake/brace the tree and monitor.

On GRAND street by the rear service entrance to MS4(111 Bright street), the rail for the trees obstructs the sidewalk. I moved it out of the way. It is loose and needs to be refitted so people or bicycles don’t trip over it. It has been a few weeks. Thank you

According to this constituent, "there's a tree that eaten away at the bottom of the trunk that is angled in a way that if it collapses it could cause serious damage to persons or property."

There is a tree at the front of this property that may need to be looked at and cut by Forestry. It will over time lift and damage the concrete according to what the owner has stated.

The ground continuous to crack open raising the concrete which is a tripping hazard

The grass & trees are so tall in this area the street signs can’t be seen at night. This is at the intersection of US 1 & Newark Ave. Across from Adrian’s Truck Sales.
