This tree needs to be addressed. It seems to be a potential problem.

Sidewalks were poured for new development with no sidewalk tree pits or landscaping. Was this property exempt from planting street trees?

This tree on the Franklin St side of 98 Webster has been getting progressively worse for the past few weeks. The leaves are browning from the outside inward. The other street tree nearby has the same issue but to a lesser degree.

Could you please check the health of this tree? By this time of year, it usually has many more leaves. It looks like it’s struggling—most of the leaves it does have are falling off. Also, during strong winds and heavy rain, it sways significantly. I’m concerned about the stability of its roots below ground.

The resident states that trucks (construction) that park here often hit the tree, breaking branches hanging from the tree.

The roots of a tree are starting to lift the sidewalk. The constituent would like to know what can be done to deal with this situation.

The resident states that the tree is leaning towards the street and looks like it's about to fall.

The resident states there's a tree located closer to the corner that she believes is dying and the branches continue to fall onto the ground.
