Trees PLUS

Developers are required to plant trees with min 2" caliper. On 197 New York Avenue they planted 3 undersized trees, these need to be replaced.

Requesting forestry/planning review at newer construction house. A young tree had been planted under the large existing tree. It has since died and been removed. Tree pit was extended for new tree, footprint of new expanded tree pit still visible and still undersized. Wondering if developer has responsibility to plant a new tree still.

When this house was redone tree pits were installed very undersized. About 3’x3’ , and callery pear trees were planted.
