Owners of 34 Gardner STAPLED a no parking sign to a newly planted tree in front of 29 Gardner Avenue. This causes unnecessary stress and damages to the tree. please issue a citation. I can provide the video of the incident via email.

Fake grass has now been installed on top, and lastly, the tree planted is a callery pear tree. Not sure if this species was prohibited when it was planted, but it is now.
