Trees IYO

The grass & trees are so tall in this area the street signs can’t be seen at night. This is at the intersection of US 1 & Newark Ave. Across from Adrian’s Truck Sales.

On GRAND street by the rear service entrance to MS4(111 Bright street), the rail for the trees obstructs the sidewalk. I moved it out of the way. It is loose and needs to be refitted so people or bicycles don’t trip over it. It has been a few weeks. Thank you

According to this constituent, "there's a tree that eaten away at the bottom of the trunk that is angled in a way that if it collapses it could cause serious damage to persons or property."

Trees super overgrown along sidewalks and entryway into park.

The resident states that there are two trees situated in front of this property, which are causing damage to the sidewalk and curb. Parking has become extremely difficult due to the trees encroaching over the curb, and the concrete walls surrounding them are deteriorating.

The tree on the curb line at this address appears to be rotting from the inside out and needs to be inspected.

2nd year this appeared on the trunk of the tree; what is this? does this need to be addressed? if so, how? TIA

Tree has a large hole all the way through, that looks to be rotting, and continues to deteriorate. It has gotten 1 to 2 inches longer over the past year or so. the tree also leans out into street, forcing cars to park further from the curb, as seen in the attached photo. Not sure if this is a risk for collapse, so posting in the hopes that someone can assess. If this were to collapse, as ones in Hamilton Park have done, it would cause significant damage to any car parked there.

Hello, could the city remove this tree stump and plant a new tree? What’s the process to get the City to plant new trees in existing sidewalk tree boxes that have been abandoned for weeds? Thank you very much
