Resident states the tree in front needs to be trimmed

Low hanging branches touching cars, stairs and any persons walking by.

Two City trees are in need of a severe pruning (this service was requested a year ago and "acknowledged" but nothing was done) as they are a health hazard as well as a public safety concern and has attracted boosters and crackheads who smoke crack and sniff dope under the shade of the trees and leave behind remnants (photo included) of their wares on the stoop and surrounding areas.
