Lights that don't work not removed from tree

Tree has a large hole all the way through, that looks to be rotting, and continues to deteriorate. It has gotten 1 to 2 inches longer over the past year or so. the tree also leans out into street, forcing cars to park further from the curb, as seen in the attached photo. Not sure if this is a risk for collapse, so posting in the hopes that someone can assess. If this were to collapse, as ones in Hamilton Park have done, it would cause significant damage to any car parked there.

The owner of this property has been ticketed for the sidewalk being a danger and failure to repair sidewalk. The resident said that there is a City tree that the roots are lifting the sidewalk. The tree is healthy. She would like to be able to remove the tree and the sidewalk repaired.

New Tree pits in violation of chapter 321 - they are too small and have gas lines inside

The tree directly infront of our home has begun the lean. It's still quite young, so it should be able to straighten. We are hoping the city can come and stake/brace the tree and monitor.

Hello, a stump has been removed and the tree pit has been filled in, and I don’t believe a permit was obtained. I’d like to go ahead and request that the pit be re-opened and this address be listed for tree planting. The address Nextdoor (64 Wallis) should also be listed for tree planting. Thank you.

The grass & trees are so tall in this area the street signs can’t be seen at night. This is at the intersection of US 1 & Newark Ave. Across from Adrian’s Truck Sales.

On GRAND street by the rear service entrance to MS4(111 Bright street), the rail for the trees obstructs the sidewalk. I moved it out of the way. It is loose and needs to be refitted so people or bicycles don’t trip over it. It has been a few weeks. Thank you
