Trees PLUS

There are several trees outside of 128/130 Essex Street that are really overgrown - you have to bend down significantly to avoid clipping your head on them. Can these please be trimmed?

There are cherry trees along Coles Street between 9th and 10th which require regular pruning. They are beautiful old trees that require regular maintenance, I've been here 2 years and they have not been pruned once in that time. Please can the city schedule a time to prune them?

I’m a homeowner and would like some guidance regarding a tree in front of my house. I’d like to trim some branches but don’t want to cut down the tree completely. Could you please let me know if I’m responsible for this or if the city provides tree trimming services? I’d also appreciate any contact information such as email/telephone and the local laws or procedures related to tree maintenance.

The three enormous oak trees along the western side of my house (on Varick Street) need to be trimmed back, please. Whenever there's a storm, branches snap off, and there are branches hanging over the top of my roof and continually dropping debris -- branches, acorns, and leaves -- on the roof that requires the gutters to be cleared constantly. We also had a carpenter ant infestation and were advised to make sure the branches don't reach the house to avoid this happening again.

City tree overhanging property at 347 1st st. Clogging gutters and posing hazard to roof if a big storm comes through.

The lower branches on this tree is blocking the sidewalk, please trim them

This is a corner property and the tree is on the Manhattan Avenue side of the property. The resident sees bees inside of the tree and she thinks the tree is hollow. The tree is leaning towards the street and she would like to have it inspected to insure that it is safe.

This tree was trimmed yesterday, but the gigantic trunk has been left. Will the trunk be removed? Please remove the trunk. It’s an eyesore otherwise.

Tree near the edge of sidewalk of 90 Hutton Street needs to be trimmed as these parts like a blister is out and breaking everyone's back lights and glasses accidentally if person in new and not familiar.

Tree branches are over the roof of hose and damaging roof. Please take appropriate action to avoid damage. This is urgent.

Please help trim this tree. Currently it is becoming an obstacle for the walkway
