The intersection of Sip Avenue and Holmes Avenue is extremely dangerous, particularly when turning off Holmes onto Sip. Excessive parking on the corners of both streets severely obstructs visibility, forcing drivers to inch out just to see incoming traffic. Many cars on Sip Avenue are speeding far above the limit, creating a high risk of a serious collision. We urgently need "No Parking" signs and yellow curb lines painted at the intersection corners to clear the sight-lines and prevent an accident before someone is killed.

This sign has been tied to a tree for months

On Maple Street, between Monitor and the liberty state park parking lot, there is a medium sized portion of the bottom of a steel street sign still in the sidewalk and it sticks out and presents a dangerous tripping hazard, particularly in the evening/night.

Request for new sign: Hello! Can we please have NO PARKING signs placed on this bridge? There are people parking on both sides on the bridge which turns the bridge into 1 lane street (it's a 2 way street). It is causing issues with cars trying to pass through. Thank you.

In light of these resent tragedies in our community, is the city finally going to address this issue and install the blinking cross walk signs like they promised?

This is for the cross walk located on Newport Parkway just east of Washington The issue has been reported before and ignored by the city

generic handicap parking was placed on pole. behind a handicap sign with correct parking ID number. 86 Charles st.

Street sign at B'way and Tonnele is hanging on one side and could be dangerous/harmful if it falls.

The area along Washington Blvd directly in front of the building is a fire lane with a yellow curb intended for emergency use and loading/unloading, however cars are parking here on a daily basis. The signs that are posted only note not to park in the bike lane. See attached photos for reference. Is there a way to have these signs updated to No standing Fire Lane Loading and Unloading Only or something of this in nature? The JCFD has presented this as concern when they have been on site because if there was an emergency, there would be no place for them to park their trucks. In addition this becomes a hazard for bikers, as cars pull into the bike lane where the loading area is full of cars.

This signpost needs to be removed.

I recently reported cars parked in the bus stop on Fairmount near the corner of Bergen I was told that the violation could not be enforced because there is only one bus stop sign here I am requesting the addition of a second bus stop sign and a yellow curb indicating where parking is prohibited so that these violations can be enforced Thank you n
