    Another major accident at this deeply unsafe section of newark avenue. Everything about this hill tells drivers "speed up." We need serious traffic calming measures to make them slow down. It's a lot better than it used to be, but this stretch has a ways to go before it's actually safe for pedestrians, not to mention an actually pleasant and useful urban space.

    There are two crosswalks here, and Sip is a busy road. People are constantly speeding down the hill from JFK and almost hitting people in the crosswalk

    Is there any sort of traffic calming that can be added here?

    Turning right on Marin while going west on Christopher Columbus is a nightmare. The pedestrian crossing is on and there are traffic trying to get on Marin from both sides of Christopher Columbus. Either have a dedicated right turn signal or dedicated pedestrian crossing signal. There is ton of foot traffic and it’s unsafe for pedestrians and drivers.

    This is the retaining wall in my backyard ! This is just a part of the wall that's crumbling ! The road behind my house (Highview Road ) and my yard is right in front of 30 Highview Road which is now being repaved and I'm sure it's only going to make the wall crumble more !

    This truck (Maine plate 2850958) turned onto 3rd St from Jersey Ave completely disregarding the soft barriers, crushing most of them. It parked right there on top of the crushed posts to unload for Key Food.

    I believe that this intersection could benefit from a roundabout such as the ones being trialed this week on St Pauls Ave in Journal Square. Drivers on New York Ave from either direction turning left often do so at the same time and go around each other in such a way that a roundabout would reinforce and make this practice safer. The additional signage and traffic calming effects would be a welcome addition for pedestrians and cyclists as well.
