Replace removed street sign and its post for the intersection of BAY ST and WARREN ST

It was removed during the construction projects at this intersection over ten years ago. Now that three corners are almost complete, it's time for the street sign to be installed again.
Ideal location is on the SOUTH WEST corner. There are no utility poles or trees on this corner that could obscure the sign; clearly visible from traffic in all directions.

Can someone please come and repair or throw out the sign?

Broken street signs and damaged pole at Hopkins Avenue and Bevan Street.

There is a leaning speed limit sign needing repair on Phillip Street just south of Johnston Ave/Audrey Zapp Drive.

There's a damaged stop sign, looks like a truck might've ran it over.

This directional sign fell off the post. It needs to be repositioned. Right now, it kinda blocks the sidewalk.

There is no sign for alternate side parking for street cleaning on skillman Ave at the dead end (eastern side) this image is the amount of cars that were blocking the sweeper today

There used to be "yield to pedestrian" signs on the median of Montgomery, but they were hit by a car an knocked down. Can these signs be replaced?
