    According to one of the workers at the Administration Department of the Alaris Health Assisted Living facility, someone continues to Illegally Dump Massive Amounts of Cooked Foods on the 9th St. side between Monmouth St. & Brunswick St. of this facility. It's attracted Rats.
    "She is requesting that a NO DUMPING sign be placed on the gate of the Alaris Health Assisted Living facility on the 9th St. side between Monmouth St. & Brunswick St. of this facility."
