THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF ISSUE ID 13019226.
That issue requires moving the pole on the south side.
THIS issue is about the non-working lights on both sides of Pavonia Ave..

I previously reported this on 22 November as Issue ID 11712358.
It was wrongly closed and archived by Sean G. as a duplicate of 13019226, so nothing was done and the lights are still not working.

At Pavonia & Homestead there is a Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation that pedestrians can actuate when they want to cross Pavonia Ave.
There are two signals, one at each end of the crosswalk, which have yellow LED lights to warn oncoming vehicles.
A button is mounted on each pole below the beacons and signs.
Both sides normally flash when either button is pressed.

This is the ONLY signalized crosswalk in the middle of the 600 block of Pavonia Ave.

The north AND south lights and buttons are NOT working.

The lights on BOTH sides should flash when EITHER button is pressed, but they don't.

Could you please look into Terrace Ave and Leonard St?

"The corner of Terrace Avenue and Leonard Street. Cars coming off route 1-9 are required to make a right hand turn onto Terrace. Many, many cars disregard the right turn arrow and proceed up Leonard St. Already 2 teens were killed at that intersection."

Pedestrian signal head on the northeast corner of the intersection of Sip Avenue and Bergen Avenue is missing. At such a busy intersection with traffic coming from multiple directions, this makes it very challenging, nearly impossible, to determine when it is safe to cross Sip Avenue walking northbound.

The flashing light was hit by a car

This is issues is not really relating to signal maintenance but in this intersection occurs many accidents because people don’t want to stop at the Stevens stop sign. There should be a 4-way stop light like the one on McAdoo and Fowler

Pedestrian walk signal not working properly.

The traffic signal says 18 mph no matter who goes by and if anyone goes by. The lights are flashing. speed limit is 25. I realize this is the county road but it's not working

Please replace the "No Parking" sign near the corner of SB Tonnelle and Van Winkle People keep on taking the sign down and then parking right up to the cross walk and it's EXTREMELY dangerous to cross here, even with the RRFB You basically need to step out into the lane of traffic for people to see you

Also, please fix the post that the sign is on because right now it's bent and blocks the sidewalk and please find a way to mount the sign so that it can't be taken off by the selfish people who want to park here

The stop for pedestrian sign on First and Monmouth has been damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one. Drivers have consistently not followed it either.
