General Park Maintenance RequestKinilala498 Palisade Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07307, USA - The HeightsThis 'City Post" kiosk has not worked in months, and as far as I can tell none of the others in The Heights are working either. Are these meant to still be operational? If so, please have them fixed. If not, please have them removed. If they aren't working they are of no use to the community and a symbol of infrastructure decay.

LightingKinilala351 Wayne Street Jersey City Nj 07302 - DowntownHello. I submitted a request some time ago to have the lamp post fixed in front of my house however the street light is still not working. Without this light the street gets way too dark and is unsafe for children and pedestrians walking after dark. Could please have this taken care of that would be great. Thanks.

LightingKinilala335 Ogden Ave Jersey City NJ 07307, United States - The HeightsThere is a new encampment of homeless people under the Ogden St Bridge over Holland St. My daughter and her friend were exposed to lewd behavior, when one of the men jumped at them and exposed himself as they were walking up Holland St yesterday. They felt unsafe and had to run away. Would you please consider adding street lighting under the bridge for safety? I have also reached out to the police and asked to dispatch an officer to investigate

LightingKinilala353 Wayne Street Jersey City - DowntownHello. This street desperately needs lighting. The lamp post in front of my home was burnt out they came to “replace it” however now there is no pole or light altogether now. I would like an update as to what is going on. I have tried reaching out to the city on multiple occasions regarding this issue. It has been almost 5 months and this street has no light. Please look into this issue in order to have the lamp post replaced.

The SeeClickFix menu does not allow reporting ANY Lighting concern.
This is the message you get:
"Organization does not accept requests for this category. Please see any additional details below."
Then listed below is the web address for the PSE&G Streetlight Outages web page. No contact information for Jersey City is offered.
There is NO WAY to alert Jersey City of lighting problems at pedestrian walkways around construction sites, streetlights that have been removed, or streetlights that are needed.
In December, after SeeClickFix stopped accepting streetlighting issues, I reported a lighting problem in the pedestrian walkway next to the 10 Journal Square construction site as a Sidewalk Defect:
https://seeclickfix.com/issues/15706865
This landed in the RRC and went nowhere for 6 weeks until Althea acknowledged itHere are three more examples:
The new block of Central Ave. between Hoboken and Newark has NO street lighting. Three new streetlights were installed 3 years ago. As a result of the construction at 626 Newark, PSE&G removed two poles and the 3rd is not lit at night.
Pole #69392 at 620 Pavonia Ave. used to have a streetlight that illuminated the mid-block pedestrian crossing. It was evidently removed as part of the construction in the area and/or PSE&G work.
Pole # 62389 at 332 Baldwin Ave. near Washburn St. needs a new streetlight to be installed.. The only other light is at the other end of the block near Court House Pl.
HOW CAN ISSUES LIKE THESE BE REPORTED ?
SeeClickFix needs to modify the menu for lighting to add these options.
