    There are jagged metal sleeves sticking up in the street left over from construction at journal squared towers where fence poles were mounted. These can easily tear apart tires and are a car, bicycle and pedestrian hazard. This is on eastbound side of Pavonia approaching Summit at corner where tower 2 is. Also all around the corner as you turn right onto Summit. Also, the stretch of Pavonia from JFK to Summit is a hazardous stretch of potholes all along. The tower construction from tower 1 & 2 never repaired from construction completed years ago.
