28 Kellogg St Jersey City, NJ, 07305, USA - Hackensack RiverfrontPlease put a 'No Left Turn' allowed sign on the intersection of Kellogg Street and Kellogg Street Jughandle. There is a STOP sign currently at that location (see attached picture). This will alleviate traffic congestion. Traffic should not be allowed to take a left turn at this intersection. After taking a left, the traffic can only head South on Route 440 (towards Bayonne). If they need to head south, they should not have taken the Kellogg Street exit in any case.
