Defaced speed limit sign on east side of Warren Street outside Haus 25 about half way down the block between Montgomery and Columbus.

What day is street cleaning on this street? It seems unclear or possibly never?

There is a missing pedestrian crossing sign on Manhattan Ave westbound at crosswalk by Western Ave. There is a sign posted in the opposite direction as well as on Western Ave, but not this location traveling towards Tonnelle Ave. Please install for pedestrian safety and consistency. Thank you.

NW sidewalk on Washington St and Pearl Street. Zone 4 Permit and Street Sweeping sign is now missing. It was starting to fall off and violently blowing in the high winds this area gets. It must of finally blown away - noticed it missing last night. Please replace ASAP. There are no other Zone 4 Permit signs on this block and anyone can park here now.

Signs were removed during construction of 25 Columbus Dr high rise but not returned last year when construction was completed. Currently there are no signs, so there is no zone 4 enforcement or street cleaning.

This signpost needs to be removed.

Faded “Brunswick Street” street name sign attached to traffic light above Newark Ave. Needs replacement.

This is a tripping hazard.

There was recent daylighting painting done at the intersection of Summit Avenue and Sherman Place to improve intersection visibility

However, the "no parking past this sign signs we’re not moved accordingly at the end of the painted sections, creatingconfusion and sabotaging the new safety measure. Please move the signsaccordingly back."On Sherman Pl before reaching Summit Avenue,

There is a missing “do not enter” sign attached to light pole on Manila Ave at the intersection of 6th Street. An existing do not enter sign is not visible for motorists traveling eastbound on 6th. A sign used to be attached to this light pole years ago but was never replaced. Picture included shows where sign used to be posted. This has been reported before and incorrectly marked as completed. Thank you!
