That issue requires moving the pole on the south side.
THIS issue is about the non-working lights on both sides of Pavonia Ave..

I previously reported this on 22 November as Issue ID 11712358.
It was wrongly closed and archived by Sean G. as a duplicate of 13019226, so nothing was done and the lights are still not working.

At Pavonia & Homestead there is a Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation that pedestrians can actuate when they want to cross Pavonia Ave.
There are two signals, one at each end of the crosswalk, which have yellow LED lights to warn oncoming vehicles.
A button is mounted on each pole below the beacons and signs.
Both sides normally flash when either button is pressed.

This is the ONLY signalized crosswalk in the middle of the 600 block of Pavonia Ave.

The north AND south lights and buttons are NOT working.

The lights on BOTH sides should flash when EITHER button is pressed, but they don't.

Could you please look into Terrace Ave and Leonard St?

"The corner of Terrace Avenue and Leonard Street. Cars coming off route 1-9 are required to make a right hand turn onto Terrace. Many, many cars disregard the right turn arrow and proceed up Leonard St. Already 2 teens were killed at that intersection."

The crosswalk signal was destroyed again. Please repair, enforce safe driving, and expedite the stop light here for everyone's safety!!

Requesting Lead Pedestrian Interval at Erie and 6th to allow pedestrians to cross before traffic light turns green to turning traffic.

A lead pedestrian interval (LPI) gives pedestrians the opportunity to enter or cross the crosswalk at an intersection 5-10 seconds before vehicles are given a green indication. Pedestrians can better establish their presence in the crosswalk before vehicles have priority to turn right or left.

This is issues is not really relating to signal maintenance but in this intersection occurs many accidents because people don’t want to stop at the Stevens stop sign. There should be a 4-way stop light like the one on McAdoo and Fowler

This construction site that had this crossing sign tossed inside for over a year “reinstalled” it completely broken, nonfunctional. Please make them provide a new functioning sign

There cross walk at Summit x Sip Ave does not work. It has been months since it has worked. I think they were doing construction and damaged it. The pedestrian button to press does not light up. Many cars do not stop for pedestrians when crossing Summit to Sip Ave to go to the Path Train. In addition to fixing the cross walk light, I strongly believe a traffic camera or a cross walk sign needs to be in the middle of the road for oncoming traffic to see and stop for people. It's a safety issue.
