Vandalized stop sign at the corner of Ristaino Drive at Montgomery Street.

There is a missing street name sign for Webster Ave at the intersection of Reservoir Ave. At this same intersection, there is one faded/vandalized stop sign needing replacement.

Former handicap sign posts need to be removed. Not sure why the city officials would take down the actual sign but not remove the posts… please finish this job and make sure that when the posts are removed they are done so in a way that leaves the sidewalk free of tripping hazards

Requesting an additional “do not enter” sign on Van Nostrand Ave at Garfield Ave, to enhance safety as one sign is not adequate to prevent wrong way drivers. In addition the street name sign at this corner is still missing which has been missing for several months now and still not replaced. Thank you.

Street sign connector is broken leading to the sign hanging lower than it should and possible danger for pedestrians walking below.

This constituent has requested the installation of "CURB YOUR DOG" signs with ordinance on the Randolph Ave. side of this corner property. Persons are constantly leaving their dog's mess on the Randolph Ave side of this corner property."

Hobson Street sign has been missing for several months after it was knocked down by a car. There is no indication for Hobson Street at the intersection of Hobson and Ogden.
