    Someone ran into one of the City's location signs in front of NJCU and knocked it off its base a few days ago. The base is protruding several inches out of the ground and is a causing a trip/fall hazard. Can a cone or orange bucket shapped thing be placed over it so someone doesn't get hurt? The sign is lying on the sidewalk against the fence. Thank you.

    This intersection needs no parking signs, crosswalk Stop Lines and physical barriers (I suggest curb extensions) near the corner to help give visibility to pedestrians. Cars are moving at high speeds, and pedestrians are not able to see given cars park directly adjacent (at best) to the crosswalk. It's very dangerous and there is a playground directly across the street. I also suggest some type of barrier blocking parking, as StudyCompleteK12 on the corner uses the crosswalk space as a default loading zone. Cars are parked IN the crosswalk on a daily basis for picking up and dropping off their kids, and the business doesn’t seem to care. They often wave kids in and bring them out for pickup there.
