  • 488 Communipaw Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07304, USA - Bergen-Lafayette
When you are travelling northwest on Communipaw and get to the light at Grand Street, there is no left turn signal. i.e.- when the light turns green it is unclear whether the oncoming traffic will proceed or wait for those turning left onto Grand Street. From experience I know that they still have a red so they wait, but don’t know how long because there is no left turn signal.

  • Ferry St & Palisade Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07307, USA - The Heights
The #87 NJ Transit bus has a very difficult time turning left onto Palisade Ave from Ferry st. There is only a stop sign for Ferry St but no sign or lights for Palisade. The bus has to pull out into active traffic to try to turn - but no one stops for the bus on Palisade and will go around the bus even when its pulled out into the intersection. It also cannot turn easily due to cars parked in front of Lo-Fi. Palisade Ave needs a light or stop line further back so the bus can turn or for parking to be removed

  • Newark Ave & Summit Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square
there are two lanes driving northbound and the Left Lane is a turn only lane. Drivers are speeding on the left and cutting in the Right Lane almost causing accidents daily. There should be reinforcement during Rush hour, honest mistakes occur but blatant disregard should be discouraged. Perhaps those barrier sticks to divide the lanes and have folks pay closer attention would work as well.
  • Speed Hump RequestAcknowledged
Reservoir Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07307, USA - The Heights
Pershing Plaza between the Res and Pershing Field needs a speed bump analysis. People speed up as a shortct onyo Summit Ave, and because they are trying to make the light on Summit, they accelerate. There are no child playing signs , wildlife signs or dog signs. This is adjacent to the park's playground. Turtles and fowl come through from the res onto the road. Some of the worst drivers are the police.
