City of Zephyrhills - Code Enforcement PLUS

There is homeless people hanging out here, starting to camp out and bothering the neighbors in the area. I have contacted the police, and they said to get a hold of the landowner, but I have no way of doing so. This property has been abandoned for several months and they are getting into the house through the windows

The property next door 5416 has their medal shed blown into my yard behind my fence. They have not contacted me for removal. My opinion this property needs to be condemned. The pool has been sitting unused for 5+ years and the house in my opinion is falling apart. I should not have to pay to have her shed removed from my property. It has damaged my fence, it would have to be cut to remove as it is loged between my fence and tree. Any help or direction would be appreciated. I live at 5410 Tangerine Dr, my name is Joyce Perrone. I have no issue reporting the current problem or the property itself. I have no way of reaching the owner IF she still owns it. I believe her name is Beverly.

This house is uninhabitable and seemingly abandoned. There is debris collected in the front, back, and field across the street. This has created an unsightly, unsanitary, and unsafe situation.

This property has an extremely large tree that is completely dead. Branches falling from it have damaged our property twice now in excess of $700. Florida law states if the tree is dead it is the responsibility of owner of the property where the tree is located. The property has been vacant for some time and looks unlivable. can the city track the owner and have the tree taken down?

The alley is piled with hurricane debris. Neighbors did not follow directions and place on the Main Street, but instead piled it all up in the alley.

There's a rotted tree over on the left-side of my fence (on my neighbor's property), and there's a huge nest of African bees zooming over my house because of this. I'm wondering if something can be done to resolve this. I've been stung multiple times. This is also nearby West Zephyrhills Elementary School. I can send pictures, as well.

Bushes are unkept and overgrown past 8 ft. The bushes are pushing the fence belonging to the neighboring yard, and also ruining the fence because of the weeds growing through the fence.

Also many other cars parked along Garden Wall Way, this is a huge safety concern as drivers are forced weave around all of the parked cars

Needs Serious Action. This is what the street will look like once we hit rainy season again. Hurricane season will be worse. Needs more than simple draining. Retention pond has been blocked and will not drain by itself.
