    I reported this back on 9/11/2016 and the situation is still the same. This dwelling is a nuisance with tall weeds, household rubbish, furniture with evidence someone is living outdoors instead of inside of the house. There was a male sitting under a brown tarp Saturday afternoon, naked, around 3pm reading a book. Yes Prepatory is 0.1 miles away. Please assist.
