Steel strip over the expansion joint at the beginning of the bridge heading west is loose and curling up, causing a hazard to motorists.

on the pedestrian bridge over memorial drive, there are multiple posts that have been removed which has caused the chain fence to bow into the walk path, causing hazards for people's ankles (risk of cuts and infections) and bicycles (risk of flat tires) this request covers the near the foot of the bridge near the Jackson hill and Scotland street intersection just past the rentable bicycles

Graffitti on the bridge and several of the lights on the bridge are not off at night. Also, one of the lights is on during the daytime.
