  • 902 Fairview St Houston, TX 77006, USA - Montrose
Photo documentary shows the rate at which structure is collapsing. Threat to customers sitting in danced outdoor bar directly on other side of fence only a few feet away. Threat to homeless people & animals in & dwelling & in alleyways of property. Threat to people parking cars on property (parking is always completely full on Sunday nights).
  • 902 Fairview St Houston, TX 77006, USA - Montrose
Gang activity. Squatters. Drug dealing. Stolen items. All in & on property. Graffiti, human excrements, underwear, hypodermic needles, dark- no lighting, crime escalation immediately surrounding property & effecting neighborhood, tall weeds & vines, incorrectly marked address (states 902 Fairview, but is actually 2318 Converse. Imposing structural threat to patrons at neighboring bar & to animals & people wandering in & around property. Physically threatening- I was backed into the property's alleyway by one of the drug dealers & exit blocked by two in a vehicle. This has been an unsightly property for quite a while, but NEVER worse than in the past 8 months! Crime- gang, drug dealing, theft, vagrants sleeping in & on both structures- interior & exterior, sewer water spillage, assault, physical threats, vandalism, health hazards, rot, etc. ALL Completely deplorable in every way possible. Perimeter of property needs to be secured as there are many hazards in & on the exterior & there's no lighting. It's extremely unsightly & is a health & safety risk.

Built structure onto sidewalk. Not enough room for wheel chairs to pass.
  • 1419 Malone Street Houston, TX 77007 - Rice Military
New house is being built on corner of Malone and Maxie. Builder has laid down 2-3 feet of dirt to build the house on an elevation. This I believe is illegal and will cause significant drainage and flooding issues in our neighborhood and for the surrounding houses.
