This tree is under siege by ants that have opened and are hollowing out a large hole at its base. Please inspect. Can they be "evicted" and/or is there a healthy way to "seal" this hole back up before it gets worse? I'm worried that this will also become a safety issue and I would hate to lose this tree!

This would be a great place for a tree- create more shade and protect the sidewalks from cars parking over them. Why are we paving over curbs?

Resident would like to trim the branches they are hitting her house. She also stated there's a bird nest on the branch
