Hydrant Visibility Flag Needed. This hydrant at the rec ctr parking lot is a hazard to vehicles backing up from the parking spaces. It can easily be in the blind spot of backing vehicles and cause damage. There isn't even a curb.

across the street from 92 Bellevue where the guardrail is, the catch basin is blocked. resident went to removes leaves but it was still blocked.
