There is a hole on the street right off of my driveway (124 Lovell Road) next to the sewer grate slightly bigger than the size of a child’s foot!

Water Main work was completed in this area causing the sidewalk to be ripped up. The work was completed but the sidewalk in front of 41 Beacon Park still has not been replaced. Can we please have this replaced?

The manhole cover on the street in front of 31 and 24 Pequossette St is loose Ever time someone drives over it rattles and bounces making a loud noisete It is a safety concern if it comes off completely

I am a resident at the Watertown Mews at 1 Repton Place, Watertown, MA. The property is undergoing sidewalk and building power washing, using a mixture of poured-on chemicals. The workers are in protective gear. The resulting water-chemical mixture is flowing into the storm drains. Management has not provided an update on what the chemical product is, but did send an alert that it could damage vehicles. The water was also briefly shut off yesterday at the start of this process (the cleaning started yesterday and goes through Thursday) and someone from the town was on the property as part of that process. I just wanted to flag the chemical water run-off issue as it is concerning.

Low water pressure. Can't find any evidence of a leak inside the house.

Water pressure has been significantly low in the last week or so Water coming out of kitchen sink is almost a trickle

The water from our faucets is brown, no odor.
