Drain cover is broken, creating a hole someone could step through, several small children live on this block.

Whenever cars and especially trucks drive over the sewer cover on Belmont St at the corner of Hall Ave the sewer cover pops-up on an angle and slams down. This noise goes on all day and night making a very loud crashing sound. In fact, many of the sewer covers on Belmont Street aren't set flat on the black top and should be inspected and repaired.

resident at window, catch basin sinking

across from the boys and girls club there is a sinkhole forming

pothole forming around and under the stormwater grate. Worried it will case a sinkhole

Major hole around basin and it is still developing so a car can easily fall into the hole. Please look at this as soon as possible

Constituent reported a sinkhole that has just formed in the sidewalk near the corner of Evan’s and Acton Street. It is about 1 foot wide by 1 foot deep.
