It looks like someone hit one of the new trees planted with a car

After serval months of construction and repaving parts of the sidewalk- it appears that there is water leaking from the sidewalk in front of a few apartments. Enough water has leaked that when cars go by it splashed the sidewalk. I do not know where the water is coming from (if it's from the sewer) but it has an unpleasant smell.

There is a small manhole cover missing from a water main (water?) on Beechwood Ave. In street near 50-52 Beechwood (near corner of North Beacon). It seems to have sharp metal exposed. Please replace the cover.
