Tripping hazard

Can the this portion of the sidewalk be repaired? Thank you!

sidewalk in front of new construction is falling in. There is a large hole forming

There is constantly a hose running from the house at 72 Townly RD, over the sidewalk, and into the street. Aside from the fact that someone walking might trip over it, it's clearly impeding anyone who might be in a wheelchair.

During an inspection by our insurance company, they noticed damaged sections of the public sidewalk. They have asked we contact you to have them repaired at your earliest convenience to reduce the possibility of someone tripping or falling.

Can you trim the weeds and bushes from the sidewalk thay connects Waltham street to pleasant street (it's a sidewalk that goes from recycling center exot, past repton place to former russos) it is over grown
