There is no water coming to 94 walnut street.

There was a sink hole next to the sewer grate (at the end of Hearn Street), that was filled in somewhat recently.
That sink hole has been re-opened by rats. I've seen up to five of them at a time emerge from that sink hole. They've been comfortable running freely through the surrounding backyards at night. But last week, two rats entered my backyard during the day causing my dog to go after them. One escaped and disappeared under my back porch. Not great. It seems the rats travel throughd the sewer pipes anduse the hole in the street as an exit.Urgent Environmental Health Concern among other things.

Water is backed up in the basement sink. I try to snake it but nothing is clearing out.

Several homes in area experiencing new sewage issues so possibility a main sewer issue.

Sewer has been clogged for over a year. It floods when it rains. Let's please clear this before next winter when the puddles freeze

It’s not the catch basin not draining, it’s the whole sewage system not removing water fast enough. Water is actually coming out from the man hole cover.

We had the sewage pipes in our property snaked and a camera was sent down by a plumbing company. They let us know that there was standing water in the last section of pipes leading to the city pipes. They recommended that the city do a clear out of the sewage pipes in our area.

This is simply awful. Every time there is a strong rain, the corner of King and Warren gets flooded. It floods all cars parked there and gets close to flooding my house. There has to be a permanent solution to this problem besides cleaning up basins. They are not stuck, they are just not enough!
