Hi, I have noticed that the cap of the water pipe in the sidewalk at the front of our house (7/9 George Street) looks like it has been hit by a snowplow or something and has been damaged a bit. You might want to have someone take a look? I'm often parked out front during the day - blue SUV - just knock on the door and I'll move the car so you can see it. (I work from home). Water shutoff cap on sidewalk is busted

Manhole cover loose. Makes annoying loud noise when traffic passes. Thank you.

Hydrant Visibility Flag Needed. This hydrant at the rec ctr parking lot is a hazard to vehicles backing up from the parking spaces. It can easily be in the blind spot of backing vehicles and cause damage. There isn't even a curb.

At the lights at end of Galen St after you cross the Charles River and going northeast where it intersects with Main St/Mt Auburn/N Beacon, there is frequently 2-4 feet wide puddles of standing water in the road making it impossible to get to the sidewalk (next to the Veteran’s memorial) without getting your shoes soaked. Can someone take a look at this area and resolve?

Water pressure has been significantly low in the last week or so Water coming out of kitchen sink is almost a trickle

Iced water accumulated and blocked from Catch Basin. Very slippery and hazardous.

A sink hole is forming next to this catch basin. It was not there earlier this week.

Loose manhole cover somewhere near this area on Mt Auburn St. Very dangerous.

City Snow plow from Willow Park pushed snow across the street in front of #54 and blocked the storm drains, street is flooding.
