I need help with expediting a modification that needs to be done. The driveway entrance to 330 Pleasant Street is too steep and has caused damage to vehicles entering and exiting the 330 and 350 Pleasant Street buildings. This driveway is utilized constantly because both residents and commercial clients (Bud’s Goods & Provision cannabis store) use it.

Unfortunately, no action has been taken complaints to the property management company have been shrugged off. When I have asked about fixing the driveway, they say that they are waiting for the building owner to approve a bid.

PSCD Trinity LLC, the building owners have known about the driveway problem for some time. Now that the weather is cooler, I am worried that they will not be able to pour concrete to address the problem.

Is it possible for someone on your staff to drive here to confirm that this is a legitimate issue?
Please let me know if the city can legally compel PSCD Trinity LLC to redress this issue.
