    Hi, I have noticed that the cap of the water pipe in the sidewalk at the front of our house (7/9 George Street) looks like it has been hit by a snowplow or something and has been damaged a bit. You might want to have someone take a look? I'm often parked out front during the day - blue SUV - just knock on the door and I'll move the car so you can see it. (I work from home).     Hydrant Visibility Flag Needed. This hydrant at the rec ctr parking lot is a hazard to vehicles backing up from the parking spaces. It can easily be in the blind spot of backing vehicles and cause damage. There isn't even a curb.

    At the lights at end of Galen St after you cross the Charles River and going northeast where it intersects with Main St/Mt Auburn/N Beacon, there is frequently 2-4 feet wide puddles of standing water in the road making it impossible to get to the sidewalk (next to the Veteran’s memorial) without getting your shoes soaked. Can someone take a look at this area and resolve?

    Not sure if there's a catch basin blocked or just bad drainage, but the eastern corner of Winthrop at Mt Auburn has standing water for days and days following any rain. It's right where the sidewalk ramp is, which makes it dangerous on these now freezing mornings with kids walking to the school right there.
