Sidewalk is missing a needed sidewalk cement panel. Looks like the town had initially removed it to access a water pipe (?) but never repaved the panel.

The Arsenal St. bike lane is cleared of snow quite excellently, EXCEPT for two spots, one in front of 222 Arsenal and one in front of 250–260 Arsenal. I am genuinely puzzled why these two spots, in spitting distance of each other, are left full of snow and now ice.

Please salt them and then clear them. Unfortunately having one spot missing in the bike lane really reduces its utility. (However, in this case, the adjacent sidewalk is available, although of course one has to recognize that and take action before it's too late).

Apologies for the lack of photos, I was in a rush and it was cold.
These conditions are as of 2:00pm Wednesday Jan. 21.

p.s.: I hope this is the right category, I tried to pick something under DPW, since the commercial properties nearby are surely not responsible for the clearance of the cycle track…right?

tree buckling sidewalk

Cracking on the sidewalk on Baptist Walk that will become a trip hazard.

About a month ago a new sidewalk was put in on the corner. The sidewalk has reopened but the wooden framing is still there and has since been covered with leaves. While walking my dog I tripped over the wooden frame and badly hurt my foot. Hopefully this will be resolved before someone else gets hurt.

Terrible sidewalk condition with tree growing in sidewalk -no planting strip 207-209 Arsenal St -and no way I can use my wheelchair here. It’s a big safety hazard for all pedestrians and it’s too narrow! Pls fix sidewalk area for good.

39 Berkeley St needs to have the sidewalk repaired. There is a large gapping missing area where the sidewalk was before. It is just about at the yard gate of 39 Berkeley St.

The next door neighbors (60 -62 Fayette) have a concrete sidewalk. I would like to see the same concrete sidewalk continue to include 64, 66 and 71 Fayette St.
I have been waiting 30 years for a proper sidewalk. I always see that there are other places that have better sidewalks get new sidewalks. It is Way past time I had a decent sidewalk. Please let me know this can finally happen. Just so you know, I do have a walking disability (have parking placard) so don't know if this qualifies.

I agree with a previous request that the Oakley Country Club has not pick up their tree leaves on Belmont Street for over 3 years. Why are they so special. Every year their tree leaves that fall on the Belmont street sidewalk are not picked up in the fall. When the wind blows all their leaves come to my property and clogs water drain on the street. They should be fined and monitored in the fall going forward. All of us on Belmont street rake and discard leaves why can't the Oakley CC. Please have them clean up now and address this with them going forward.
