Resident requesting sidewalk repave/replacement

The sidewalk has a tripping hazard where one block is raised by several inches versus the one next to it, probably due to tree roots. Today I (a 70 year old woman) tripped and faceplanted because of that. Bruised my knees, my right foot, my left hand and my face as well as bent my glasses. This is dangerous and should be replaced now!!

The sidewalk was torn up due to previous street work or access to utilities for construction on abutting properties. Please restore the sidewalk. It is a trip hazard.

is anyone responsible for shoveling the sidewalk between 64 and 96 Pleasant St? They don't seem to be doing anything. This is the south side of Pleasant St, next to the parking lot for the Dealtry Pool and the driveway into the lot. Is this section of Pleasant St owned by DCR? If so, can they be asked to shovel sidewalks on their property? If not, who should be shoveling this area?

Please remove snow in the street between 8 and 20 Riverside Street as the street has been narrowed from two to one car width due to the snow.
