This main trunk may need a clean cut after the break? The other half will still provide a lot of shade along Main St.

The city tree located between the sidewalk and the street in front of my house (near 42–44 Brimmer St) has branches growing around the electric service wire that connects from the pole to my house.
The tree is listed as a Freeman maple in fair condition.
Please inspect it for safety and coordinate trimming if needed.

Constituent stated that young tree located right after you take a right off of Lovell onto Locke St. has low hanging branches that in bloom during the spring cause an obstruction of view when turning onto Locke from Lovell. Requesting that the lower branches be removed or pruned to avoid this occurring come spring time.

Please inspect tree in front of residence. Multiple branches have falling causing damage. Concerned tree is not healthy

22 Bartlett large tree with dry branch that needs to be removed

Constituent advised City owned tree in front of 223-225 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472, has overgrown to the point of penetrating the foundation and concrete floor in the basement. The time and date of initial penetration is unknown as it appears to have progressed over time. Professional concrete contractor has provided a quote for the repair; however, they need a permanent solution in order to prevent future occurrences.

I remember our tree warden Mike saying that the trees along the planting strip by this new building are under the building “jurisdiction”—-but since they line our streets and we had been excited about this row of trees and this large planting strip in our city, I wanted to show Mike these photos—seems like these newly planted (maybe 2 years ago?) trees are struggling quite a bit—-maybe he can take a look and Watertown recommend the 66 Galen folks can strategize on how to amend this situation?—or maybe these trees are still under warranty?
