the grass strip by the road has completely eroded leaving a giant hole. this creates a dangerous condition. it fills up with leaves creating a hidden trip hazard. my mother in law has fallen several times because of it. The same issue is present in front of many homes on the street. please fix it.

Resident reporting sidewalk is uneven/requesting pave

Sidewalk is missing a needed sidewalk cement panel. Looks like the town had initially removed it to access a water pipe (?) but never repaved the panel.

This is a pathetic excuse for fixing a request that was put in for a section of sidewalk that needs to be replaced This sidewalk is less than two years old and someone dropped pavement on top of the lip, making it even more dangerous There is now gravel everywhere that is falling apart and making the sidewalk even more dangerous Let’s get this fixed properly

Patch of the edge of the sidewalk, 4 foot concrete section missing, creates storm runoff. Request to replace.

One concrete panel of sidewalk on School St (about 10 ft south of Walnut corner) is broken. Wide, long, diagonal crack and broken portion is slanting downward. This sidewalk is new construction in '24.

My water main was replaced May 2024 and these sidewalk panel have not been replaced since.
Please replace as soon as you can.

Six panels of concrete sidewalk (2024 new) are broken, the top layer on all are crumbling and loose. These panels are adjacent to each other & next to the west-bound bus stop on Arsenal St, west of School St (in front of Lexus dealership). Please have your contractor fix these; weren't constructed right.

There's no bus shelter on at the 70 bus stop toward University Park. People use this stop much more than other stops, because they are arriving at or departing from Arsenal Yards. There is a cutout to provide additional space along the sidewalk, but crowds are often exposed to the elements. Across the street there is a bus shelter
