Inspection request of trees in adjacent lot owned by city.

I’m writing in regards to a Town tree , across from my house , the tree is infront of 24 / 26 Walcott Rd . It’s at least 3 stories high and has been loosing limbs for the last 5 years . I’ve called before when branches have snapped and fallen without reason , without inclement weather. It’s dropping leaves now and has been since mid July . There are branches that are dead . My concern is this tree is going to topple just like the one next to it at 22 Walcott did a few years back , taking not only our power lines but damaged the house next to me , ripping the meters right off the house , and damaging a neighbors car .
All that said, I’m requesting that your office inspect this tree as soon as possible. Thank You , Dotty Jacoppo 21 Walcott Rd .

Tree lost all leaves suddenly in the middle of winter. Not sure if it is on city property or Perkins property, but likely to take out power/cars if it falls in a winter storm

Tree roots are moving our foundation. We attempted to repair it a few years ago, but now it's getting much worse. This is a town tree, need help resolving this issue. The foundation is actually moving...

Can someone please trim and prune this monster? It blocks the sidewalk and the tenants won’t park in front of their own house.

Hello! Some of the trees in Howe Park (inside the dog park) have dead branches, some of which are very large. Some small branches have fallen in the past few weeks. Can someone please come by to assess? The tree against the fence along Pleasant St., in the middle, has a very large dead branch. If that falls, someone (or even worse, a dog!) could get seriously injured. It's a very dangerous situation, so please have it assessed as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

Tree between sidewalk and Emerson Road (in front of 48 Emerson) needs to be cut back / pruned and inspected for damage (large hole) on trunk of tree.
